The joint congress of European Neurology in Istanbul, Turkey is organised by the European Neurological Society (ENS) and the European Federation of Neurological Societies (EFNS).

At this congress is EAN(European Academy of  Neurology) founded.

Istanbul also hosted ENS congress in 2003.

The professional management of the congress has been given to Congrex Switzerland and their Turkish partner K2.
